Mendon Ponds Park - Rochester Engagement Session | John + Allison

I am definitely not one to wake up early for a morning session, but I am so glad I did!!! Many of you know I’m a night owl and up til 1 or 2 am every night… reason why I’m always responding at midnight to emails. For John + Allison’s engagement session we had to meet early in the morning due to their traveling schedule and other wedding planning tasks. Surprisingly many of my couples live out of state so we have limited times when we can fit in their engagements sessions. Allison mentioned all she cared about was getting some beautiful nature shots with her future husband and their pup, J.D. and I may or may not have called John J.D. a couple of times… sorry John haha. Now I understand why my mom would call me by my brother’s name growing up all the time. Although it was a cooler morning, the beautiful sun rays made it seem warmer than 35 degrees. We had so much fun exploring Mendon Ponds Park and taking some adorable pictures with J.D. who did an amazing job working the camera. It always cracks me up seeing how dogs act differently towards getting their picture taken, but J.D. was a super star!!! Thank you so much for hanging out with me for this beautiful morning session and I can’t wait to see you guys again at Sonnenberg Gardens next year!!!
